Born in Portland and raised in Salem, Oregon, Mr. Olin is an honors graduate from Oregon State University who earned his law degree from Willamette University College of Law in 1990. He came to the southern Oregon coast in 1990 and started the Public Defender's office in Gold Beach, Oregon in 1993. In 1995, Mr. Olin was appointed the District Attorney for Curry County by then Governor John Kitzhaber. He has been in private practice since 1997 and was admitted to federal practice in 1999. For more than 20 years, Mr. Olin has been proudly serving many hundreds of clients throughout Oregon's southern coast. Mr. Olin's areas of practice include Civil Litigation, Wills Trusts & Probate, Business & Real Estate Property Transactions, Family Law, and Arbitration & Mediation.
